Shipping Policy

Updated: 07/22/2026

Stroud Compounding and Wellness Drugstore partners with third-party carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx) to deliver your medications and products in a timely manner. Please review the following policies regarding shipping:

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier processing, weather, high-volume periods, incorrect address information, or other circumstances outside our control.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been handed off to the carrier, Stroud Compounding and Wellness Drugstore is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged in transit. Risk of loss and title for products pass to the customer upon our delivery to the carrier.

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact the carrier. Resolution and reimbursement (if any) are subject to the carrier’s policies and timelines, not ours.

Time-Sensitive and Temperature-Sensitive Medications

For medications requiring refrigeration or time-sensitive administration, customers are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the package promptly upon arrival. We are not liable for medication degradation resulting from delayed pickup or carrier mishandling once the package has left our facility.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping addresses. We are not responsible for non-delivery or misdelivery resulting from incorrect address information provided at the time of order.

Reshipment/Replacement Policy

Any reshipment of lost or delayed medication, particularly controlled substances or compounded preparations, is subject to pharmacist review, applicable state and federal regulations, and may require prescriber verification before a replacement can be dispensed.
